The materials selected are noticeable for their sobriety and practicality. Wood flooring, marble-clad bathrooms, lacquered carpentry and minimalist aluminium window and door frames. The walls are painted matt white to give the interior spaces versatility and light.
The outdoor spaces for the private use of each apartment were an important part of the project. Private gardens and terraces, balconies and interior patios where the use of natural materials invites you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of year.

Close by you can breathe the pure air of the Parque da Cidade, an ideal place to practice sport, go for walks in the open air and appreciate the plants and animals of the “lung of Porto”.

At 5.5 km in length, the Avenida da Boavista is the longest street in Porto. It has gained a reputation as a business and cultural centre in Porto, where you can find everything you want, including offices, hotels, shopping centres and homes, many of which are the most luxurious you can find.

It is home to the Bom Sucesso Market, Praça de Mouzinho de Albuquerque, Casa da Música, Jardim Botânico do Porto and the University of Porto Museum of Natural History and Science, the Bessa Séc. XXI stadium along with a range of services, local and traditional shops, restaurants and cafes and is well served by public transport.

As it is central it offers easy access to Porto Sá Carneiro airport.
